Do I need a 4-Point Inspection?
Its a question I get all the time. Is your house 25 years old or more? If so, then be aware that home insurance companies almost always demand to see a four point inspection before issuing you a policy. This does not cover all safety systems in a home, but if you'll be wanting home insurance, the insurance will be wanting a completed 4-point report.
